We currently deliver to most locations across India through trusted courier partners. Delivery availability may vary depending on your PIN code.

Estimated delivery timelines are:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to courier operations or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment.
- From time to time, we may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where applicable), along with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to:

- Public holidays
- Transport or courier disruptions
- Government restrictions
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
Sancharkart shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
Failed Delivery
Delivery may fail if:
- The customer is unavailable at the delivery address.
- The address or contact details provided are incorrect or incomplete.
- The courier partner is unable to access the location.
If the shipment is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package is received in a damaged condition or appears tampered with:
- Do not accept the package if possible.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your Order ID along with clear photos or videos of the package and product.
We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
International Shipping
Currently, Sancharkart ships only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
